Visitors to Dormy House, Newport (Pembs) Golf Club are required to read and comply with the following conditions:

Whilst we have made every effort to ensure that descriptions of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct, we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage which arise from any information we supply.

We can accept no liability for any injury, loss, damage or expense from your use of the holiday accommodation. As for any holiday we suggest you take out your own holiday cover.

This agreement confers on you the right to occupy Dormy House solely for the purposes of a holiday or short term temporary stay and not as a permanent dwelling house, and that you will vacate no later than the time specified in the agreement.

The accommodation will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival. You undertake to keep the property and all furnishings and fittings in the accommodation in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the beginning of the let, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. All damage and breakage's are the visitor's responsibility and the proprietor must be recompensed in full.

You undertake that only the agreed number of persons, not exceeding 4 in number, will occupy the property whose details you have disclosed on the booking form. The proprietor reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

We take every care to ensure that your holiday accommodation is satisfactory, but in the event of a complaint please notify the proprietors immediately.

The letting period is from Friday to Friday. Guests are asked to arrive after 3.00 pm and agree to vacate no later than 10.00 am.

The rental charges are fully inclusive. Duvets with covers, sheets, and pillowcases are inclusive. Please provide your own towels.

BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY Please telephone 01225 332213 to check whether Dormy House is available for the dates you require and make a temporary reservation. This provisional reservation will be held for 48 hours only, so please send your completed booking form and deposit as soon as possible. The deposit required if the booking is made more than 4 weeks prior to the start of the deposit is £100.00 for each week. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the holiday commencement. (Non payment of the balance by the due date will be construed as cancellation of the holiday and the proprietor reserves the right to let elsewhere). Full payment is required if the booking is made less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A reservation deposit is non returnable unless an alternative letting is arranged. We reserve the right to refuse any bookings and also to cancel any confirmed bookings should unforeseen circumstances arise and all money will be returned in full.

We regret we are unable to accept Pets

The apartment is available from 3.00pm on a Friday and should be vacated by10.00am on the Friday of departure. A key to the flat will be forwarded prior to visit. Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Booking form and conditions available on the website.

Outside access ramp or steps. Access to the apartment is by a short flight of stairs to the first floor and is not recommended for those who may have special needs such as wheelchairs. 2 Dormy House is available from Spring 2008. Bed linen is provided but visitors should provide their own towels.
